All of our prices are below the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (SRP). However if you do find a lower price, please contact us within 30 days. We will do our best to match it. Some cases we will not be able to, due to competitor mass purchases, special Manufacturer deals, closeouts, B-stocks or non-authorized black market products.
Products
Because we are a small company, we carry no stock. We do this mainly for our customer’s benefit, we do not pressure you with the products we have in stock and low overhead = lower prices. All our products come from Manufacturer’s Distributors. The products are current, unused, factory fresh and come with full manufacturer’s warranty.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted:
X Within 30 days
X With written return authorization
A 15% (unopened), 20% (*opened) restocking fee of purchase price will be charged.
Customer is responsible for all Shipping / Handling charges for returning to AVC.
If no Shipping / Handling was originally charged, a reasonable charge will be assessed.
Defective Equipment
Should something we ship to you not work, e-mail us, and we will immediately arrange to get a RA generated. If the item arrived damaged, file a claim with the delivery carrier ASAP, and then call us with the claim number.
X If within 7 days, your product is found defective – AVC will exchange it at no charge.
X If within 30 days, your product is found defective – AVC will exchange or repair at request of manufacturer.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Audio Video Connection offers to the original purchaser only, a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the equipment, which you have purchased from Audio Video Connection within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, just return it (them) and we will give you credit towards any product carried by Audio Video Connection. (*)Equipment must be returned in its original condition, along with all packing materials, accessories, instruction books and blank warranty cards. However, this guarantee does not apply to any product (s) that have been attached, affixed and/or installed.
30-Day Upgrade or Exchange
Audio Video Connection offers, to the original purchasers only, a 100% credit exchange on any equipment that has been purchased from Audio Video Connection, provided that the exchange of the equipment is made within (30) days of the original purchase date. This credit may be applied towards any new equipment that is the same or greater than the original retail price of the equipment exchanged. The credit must be used at the time of exchange. Equipment must be returned in its original condition, along with all packing materials, accessories, instruction books and blank warranty cards. However, this guarantee does not apply to any product (s) that have been attached, affixed and/or installed.
1 Year In-Home Speaker Trial Guarantee
Audio Video Connection offers, to the original purchasers only, a 100% credit exchange on any Loudspeaker (s) that has been purchased from Audio Video Connection, provided that the exchange of the loudspeaker (s) is made within (1) Year of the original purchase date. Audio Video Connection will issue a 100% credit towards the purchase of new loudspeaker (s) with a retail selling price of twice as much as the loudspeaker (s) traded in. however this guarantee is not applicable to loudspeakers that have been attached affixed and/or installed.
Lifetime Trade-In Guarantee
Audio Video Connection offers, to the original purchasers only, a lifetime trade-in on any equipment that has been purchased from Audio Video Connection. Audio Video Connection will credit the purchaser with the fair market value of the equipment at the time of trade in towards the Retail price of any equipment offered by Audio Video Connection. The fair market value of the equipment will depend upon the condition and Orion Blue Book value at the time of the trade in.
Free Delivery and Setup
Audio Video Connection will deliver and setup your new equipment free of charge to any location within (20) miles radius of Audio Video Connection. A reasonable fee for delivery will be assessed in the event the equipment is returned for refund.
Free Testing and Calibration
Audio Video Connection offers at the time of delivery (purchase), free testing and calibration of certain critical components sold by Audio Video Connection. Audio Video Connection believes accurate testing and calibrations are necessary to achieve maximum performance from your equipment. Due to jarring in shipping, this offer is only for local sales.
Free Loaner Guarantee
Audio Video Connection offers, to the original purchasers only, a free loaner in the event your equipment needs to be serviced in Audio Video Connection’s Service Department. Audio Video Connection will upon request issue a piece of equipment (Brand, Model or Availability, dependant on Audio Video Connection loaner stock), which performs the same or similar functions as the defective equipment. Loaner must be returned to Audio Video Connection within (2) days of notification of service completion. A reasonable fee for delivery will be assessed in the event the equipment is returned in damaged condition.
Warranty Repairs
Your proof of warranty is our Invoice. Warranty cards do not need to be sent to the manufacture, but it is recommended. We buy all our products from authorized distributors. Be careful from whom you buy from, as some manufacturers will not honor warranties from non-authorized vendors. If your local service center will not cover repairs under warranty e-mail service@a-v-c.com or call us. We will take care of it.
